This collection is a reflection of some of the materials and shapes that have inspired me, drawn from places I've been fortunate enough to visit, cherished objects from my past, or pieces that spark a memory with loved ones. Each fixture is named after a moment, a friend, or a family member, or it is representative of a group of people who are significant to me. Consider this an ode to all of them for helping me become the designer I am today.
The natural jute material of Reyn immediately brings a touch of warmth and earthiness with its textured surface and tassel. The wooden and brass sphere accents offer an added decorative feature to its clean, architectural silhouette. Reyn is a family name and a nod to my husband, Rory, who is an architect.
The January table lamp combines the natural texture of a woven jute shade with refined brass accents and a smooth wooden sphere, creating a subtle contrast that exudes understated elegance. Its blend of organic materials and clean lines makes it a versatile addition to any room. The month of January evokes fond memories of the Midwest, where my brother and I spent countless hours playing in the snow—a tradition we continue to share to this day.
The distinctive ¾ globe design and soft, etched glass make Niya double as art and a functional light source, providing ambient, indirect illumination ideal for daily use and entertainment. The Niya family is a tribute to my remarkable team, with the four letters representing the most commonly repeated letters among their names.
The Russo table lamp, with its distinctive etched surface, subtle ombre glaze, and stacked, sculptural base, serves as a versatile, artistic piece. Named after one of my earliest childhood friends, this lamp is an elevated tribute to the many craft projects we enjoyed together.
A playful mashup of a fluffy cloud and a garlic clove, the Demille flush mount offers an elegant yet whimsical design with a soft, diffused glow. The glass sphere accent adds a subtle layer of sophistication. This piece is a tribute to my close-knit group of friends, whose unlikely bond was formed around an area aptly named Demille. The cloud and garlic-inspired shapes symbolize our time spent together, often enjoying meals and sharing moments beneath the LA sky.
