At Mitzi, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. We will accept returns and exchanges of items that have not been installed and are in their original packaging if (i) the item is returned within 30 days of customer receipt, (ii) a valid proof of purchase is provided, and (iii) items are returned in good condition (unused and uninstalled). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Standard delivery packages can be returned with a complimentary return label that is generated when you begin your return process online.
Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable for customer remorse for items that are oversized and truck shipping only. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items purchased as final sale, discontinued and special made-to-order cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired. Items must be returned using our Mitzi online portal only. Items cannot be returned at Mitzi showrooms or other partners including any Hudson Valley Lighting, Troy Lighting or Corbett Lighting physical locations.
